Logistics Services, Inc. was founded in May of 2000 and is
headquartered in Knoxville, TN. The principals are Scott Batey, President, and Bill Hatfield, CFO. Scott and Bill represent a combined 30 plus years in transportation operations and accounting and finance respectively. The company operates exclusively as a third-party provider of dedicated contract carriage and logistics services to manufacturers in North America. Summit currently operates over 200 dedicated vehicles in 20 fleet locations across the country. Keys to success include a small company management approach to our business relationships and establishing partnerships that will be mutually beneficial. Summit utilizes state of the art equipment and leading edge technology to provide our customers with the best transportation tools in the industry. |
